Sorry I don't quite understand your issue, can you clarify this for me - or better yet a live example?

Hi, I'm using jCrop for a new site I've built. It works great for most, but some are experiencing issues. I didn't notice anything regarding these issues under the "Known Issues" section, so I thought I'd ask about them here. It seems that when some users set the crop boundaries, then drag the "crop box" to a new area on the image, it doesn't properly get the coordinates. I've had this reported from Safari OSX to IE 7.0 In fact, I tried for myself on IE 7 and experienced the same issues, but I didn't on my Safari OSX. Does anyone know what the problem could be, or is it possible to disallow dragging of the crop area -- just to temporarily take care of this problem? Otherwise, this is a great, great tool and I'm glad to have found it.

it's all client side javascript so thers no real reason that it shoudn't work with .net ajax, you don't have to use the prototype's ajax functions if that is what is causing you issues.

What kind of money would you wan to see in order to make this compatible with ASP.NET AJAX? Right now, the Protoype framework is not compatible with ASP.NET AJAX, am I right?

*@whitewaterbug:*
Not with JavaScript, you'll have to do the actually cropping server-side. See the FAQ's

It is possible to crop the image within the browser and set it to a form input field...like a text input or file attachment?

Dave: Have javascript check the size of the image when you set the initial size of the crop.
$('imageid').width, $('imageid').height

Excellent work, this has saved me a hell of a lot of time. The interface is clean and simple. Thank you.

Question if you've got time: If the user does not actually click the image (i.e does not wish to crop) is there an existing function to get the maximum size of the image?
I will most definitely be donating by the way.
Keep up the good work.
