The cropper is used for the user account profile image. When you upload the image, it takes you straight to a page where you can crop it.

Hey Martin, I think you’d told me that WordPress.com use my cropper somewhere (or maybe someone from WordPress asked me, I can’t remember which). However I’ve not been able to find it on WordPress.com so I can’t verify it.

I would like to have a “spotted in the wild” section about the cropper and that would be a great one to have on there.

BTW, did you know WordPress.com use your cropper for user profile pictures? They also recently added my player as a standard feature.
